Over 50’s Keep Fit

Overview

Low impact, fun & friendly exercise class. A combination of areobic and muscular endurance excercises to great music from the 60’s to 80’s, where you can work at your own pace.

Who is it for?

People over the age of 50 who are looking for a fun and friendly activity that will improve fitness, flexibility, balance, co-ordination, burn fat and tone up.

When is it?

Monday’s at Jubilee Family Centre from 3.10pm to 4pm.

Is there a cost?

The first session is free and £3.50 per session thereafter.

Are there any requirements to join/take part?

No.
